Why Chocolate and Lavender?
These two flavours compliment each other so well. Lavender adds a certain exotic flare to the rather ubiquitous (though always delicious) flavour of chocolate. The simplicity and elegance of the combination is what I strive to emulate in my culinary creations, both in recipe and presentation.
